Rooftop Classroom

Welcome to the Roof Classroom or the Translation Room. This room can be divided into three separate sections, which are used for research and the translation of the Buddhist scriptures of the Research Council. One of the first works translated and published is from a 1300 year old Chinese scripture called the Sutra of the Sixth Patriarch on the Pristine Orthodox Dharma. In its research, the Council has found that the practice of Buddhism is not merely concerned with postures, rituals, or incantations, but that the true practice of Buddhism is based on one’s constant moral evaluation of one’s thoughts and motives.
